I am honored to serve as a Professor of Leadership in the MS in Leadership program at the University of Arkansas Grantham, and I also serve as international faculty with Jesuit Worldwide Learning, along with holding the position of Senior Fellow with Co-Serve International. As a proud veteran of the Air Force, I have had the privilege of leading teams of up to 500 individuals in the capacity of senior intelligence officer and commander. My professional experience includes management roles in state government, ownership of several businesses, and service as an elected public official. I hold a BA in Communications, an MS in International Relations, and a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies. My wife and I, both raised in military families, have cultivated a passion for travel throughout our over 40 years of marriage, during which we have built a fulfilling life in the Air. We are grateful for our two sons, two daughters-in-law, and granddaughters. My primary focus is teaching leadership, particularly servant leadership, and I also actively participate in triathlons.
